WHAT IS A TRANSACTION?
Service levels are based on transaction volume. For example, a vendor invoice needs to be paid. The invoice would be entered into the payables and then the check is cut. This is two transactions. One for the invoice to be entered and the second for the check.

When your business starts growing and transactions increase we will let two cycles occur and then discuss which structure you may need to move to. There will be no surprise billing without discussions first.

HOW WILL WE GET YOU THE INFORMATION?
Scanning and uploading the documents is the most convenient and there is no charge. Information can be mailed or we can pickup the information. The pickup and drop off charge is $25.
