WHAT IS A TRANSACTION?

Service levels are based on transaction volume.  For example, a vendor invoice needs to be paid.  The invoice would be entered into the payables and then the check is cut.  This is two transactions. One for the invoice to be entered and the second for the check.

We are familiar with cash basis and accrual basis accounting.  We are experienced with fund accounting and recording contributions. We have worked with construction companies and are familiar with the percentage of completion and completed contract methods too.  Let us know what you are and what you need.

One of the best things that a business can experience is growth. It can also be one of the most overwhelming. CA Solutions is here to help growth be a positive experience.  When your business starts growing and transactions increase we will let two cycles occur and then discuss which structure you may need to move to. There will be no surprise billing without discussions first.

Regardless of the package that you have, you can always ask a question and it is included in your monthly plan.  Just call or email.      

HOW WILL WE GET YOU THE INFORMATION?

Scanning and uploading the documents is the most convenient and there is no charge.  Information can be mailed or we can pickup the information.  The pickup and drop off charge is $25.
