Though his roots trace back to a 300 acre farm in Indiana, Conard has spent the majority of his life is sunny Naples, FL.  He was an avid cross country runner at Lely High School and a graduate from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Masters of Business Administration. Over the past 25 years Conard has had hands on experience in Public Accounting, Private Accounting, Banking, and Manufacturing. The majority of these years have been in executive roles serving as CFO and COO for companies with over $100M in Assets or Revenues.  Conard has a heart and gift for helping small businesses and individuals get their accounting and finances together and running smoothly. He has an eye for detail and a vision for growth.  When not working with numbers you can find him working on the three acre farm he now calls home with his wife Jessica, of fifteen years, and their three children.
